The BPM Conference Europe 2009 will build upon the critical success of last year’s event. The event will cover new themes and topics not seen together anywhere else. It will bring the BPM community’s most successful companies applying BPM techniques on their toughest problems, recognized thought leaders, and technology providers. The event will be chaired once again by Roger Burlton, an acknowledged BPM pioneer. Roger will develop the program with BPTrends, the world’s foremost BPM knowledge source and an advisory board of global BPM leaders. IRM UK and the UK Chapter of the International Institute of Business Analysts (IIBA) will be co-locating the Business Analysis Conference London 2009 with the BPM Conference – delegates will be able to attend sessions in both conferences.

Recognising that BPM has a wide reach we will broaden the scope to add new perspectives covering:

• ways to manage processes and related capabilities as enterprise assets for strategic advantage
• process modelling and design practices that optimise performance, including the eliminating waste, discovering business rules and incorporating innovation for breakthrough products and services
• implementation considerations that enable analysts to reliably translate process needs into technology specs and solutions including new standards and the use of SOA and BPMS

The emphasis will be on the practical aspects of BPM through pre-conference seminars and track sessions. This years BPM conference is co-located with the Business Analysis Conference. Delegates registering for BPM will be able to attend session at either event.
