Making the right decisions for the right reasons is critical in times like these. And this means getting things joined up, because making efficiencies in one area can so easily lead to failures or expenses elsewhere.
Enterprise Architecture (EA) is now mature, and with proven tools like MooD being used by people to understand and address the tough decisions, it’s time to share the success stories and broaden the visibility. So Salamander is arranging a working seminar on 8th October at the IET in central London, at which some of our existing clients and partners will be talking about their achievements and plans, and you are invited to join the discussion. We will be inviting a range of architects, analysis, and business people who have an interest in business change and performance, to encourage a wealth of viewpoints and experiences.
We’ve arranged a selection of current live activities to fuel the discussion, including:
